Description: Customer Service Representative

 Department: Customer Service

 Purpose of Position: To develop and grow customer relationships for the purpose of improving the company’s profitability and to manage the day-to-day freight requirements for customers through effective communication with company dispatchers, billing representatives, and other internal team members.

 



Description: Dispatcher/Fleet Manager

 Department: Operations

 Purpose of Position: To safely plan, organize, schedule and insure the timely delivery of the company’s freight in a defined geographic territory through successful interaction with customer service and drivers.

 



Description: Shop Technician IV

 Department: Maintenance

 Purpose of Position: The purpose of the Account Manager position is to increase business volume in accordance with the company's sales plan by utilizing proactive customer contact skills. The Account Manager will, by telephone and other communication techniques, qualify, sell and close business with new and active accounts by accepting primary responsibility for developing new markets and improving under performing markets for LinkAmerica's carriers.
